The Inspiration
Why this drink
This non-alcoholic warmer is inspired by Chihiro's tranquil train ride across the water to the 'Sixth Station' to visit the kind witch Zeniba. The roasted, earthy notes of Hojicha tea evoke the comforting quiet of the journey, while the spiced apple and bright yuzu represent the magical warmth and hospitality Chihiro finds in Zeniba's cottage, a moment of peaceful respite in her chaotic adventure.
