Ingredients
- 4 oz / 120ml Butterfly Pea Flower Tea (brewed & chilled)
- 1/2 oz / 15ml Honey Syrup (1:1 honey and hot water)
- 1/2 oz / 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 oz / 60ml Sparkling Lemonade
- 1 Fresh Raspberry
- 1 Fresh Mint Sprig
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass (like a Collins or Highball) with ice.
- Pour the chilled butterfly pea flower tea over the ice.
- In a separate small glass, stir the honey syrup and fresh lemon juice together to create the 'magic potion'.
- Gently top the tea in the tall glass with sparkling lemonade, leaving a little space at the top.
